I would give this company a minus star if I could! Unfortunately, I had to choose one star!I ordered this storage trunk on March 23, 2024. It was supposed to arrive on March 27, 2024. It was delayed and arrived March 28, 2024, damaged and missing parts! I could not tell exactly which parts were missing as the instructions were missing! I called the company, talked with a man who said he would have someone call me back and explain the return process. No one ever returned my phone call! He also told me he would put a trunk aside for me with my name on it so I would have it when I returned the damaged package. Never happened!On Monday, March 29, 2024 a long series of emails started between the company and myself It was perfectly clear that they had absolutely no intention of calling me.I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that I wanted to RETURN the item and get a refund. On April 1, 2024 received another package with the missing top, instructions, and hardware that I already had! I questioned why they had sent parts when I had asked to return and refund. They ignored me again. I was still missing the bottom but I again asked for prepaid labels so I could return and refund! On April 3, 2024, I was asked if I wanted them to ship the bottom. I was so tired of asking for the prepaid labels for a return and refund and being ignored. I had them ship the bottom which I received in April 6, 2024! So this trunk came piecemeal, in 3 separate packages! After putting this trunk together, I found that there are no drilled holes to attach the hinges to the large top piece. (see photos) I brought this to the company’s attention. After MANY emails back and forth, their final solution was:1) align the top to the hinge and even though there are no drilled holes for the screws, screw the screws into the wood!! OR2) ship the trunk back for a refund!!!They knew I had put the trunk together. I asked them if I was supposed to take it apart and ship it back to them. They copied and pasted the two options in another reply!This is the WORST company to deal with. They are totally unaccommodating and ignore the requests of their customers for returns! This is the first time I have dealt with a company like this on Amazon!I would not want anyone to have to go through what I have experienced, therefore I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ordering through this company, Furniture Dash!
